Ipswitch’s WhatsUp Gold has an integration with Cisco Connected TAC Services to provide proactive diagnostics services. Cisco developed Connected TAC service, a value added diagnostic service, to its customers using Cisco network equipment. Connected TAC allows customers to leverage digitized Intellectual Capital and expertise from Cisco to proactively identify device issues before they become problems that could significantly impact network performance, availability and security. WhatsUp Gold can automatically detect Cisco devices used from customer's environments. It can accurately synchronize that data to Diagnostic Bridge which is one of the core components of Connected TAC service.
